Bookmakers fear Phil Ivey
The battle of the World Series of Poker Main Event continues on Saturday November 7th. Phil Ivey is a favorite for the bracelet and corresponding $8,5 million. But not only his fellow November Niners fear him.
Bookmakers don't want to see Ivey win. Because of the high odds preceding the Main Event, lots of gamblers put their money on Ivey.
At the moment, the odds vary from 4:1 to 7:1, but it was 175:1 earlier this year. That shows how much money it will cost the bookmakers if Ivey wins.
